the agents add, edit, and delete listings themselves, without the
help of the webmaster. They can even choose a featured listing
for their front page. Most websites can be set up like this so
that no additional money needs to be spent to keep the site up
to date.

The client is a talented web designer who just needed a little
help adding an advanced feature to the site. This menu is much
more complex than it looks; it can be edited at any time by the
owner of the site. As you move your mouse around the menu, the
image above it changes. All of these menu items are kept in a
database where additional items can be added easily.
